- Accuracy statement: Include a statement that the information in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification: Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before removal.
- Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found.
- Service of process: A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response Process
Upon Receiving a Valid DMCA Notice
When we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material about the removal
- Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice
- Inform the user of their right to file a counter-notification
Upon Receiving a Valid Counter-Notification
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will:
- Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
- Inform the complainant that we will restore the content within 10-14 business days
- Restore the content unless the complainant files a court action seeking an injunction
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Additionally, submitting a false DMCA notice may result in civil liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.
Good Faith Requirement
We expect all parties to act in good faith when submitting DMCA notices and counter-notifications. Abuse of the DMCA process may result in the termination of your ability to use our services.
Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
